This week has been really good! I hit the 10lb mark…woo hoo! Took me a little too long, but I’ve finally changed some seriously bad habits. Only 1 Tim Horton’s bagel this week…surprised they’re not calling me asking where I’ve been. 🙂 I started writing everything down and counting, counting, counting! I did not officially sign up for Weight Watchers but I’m using their program and have in the past. It seems to be best for my body.
Yippee – good week this week. Actually getting my office space organized…soooooo happy about this! Scrappin’ space too! 🙂
