~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Scrapbook Art Newsletter August 2008  ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~   Hello from the new Owners of Scrapbook Art!  We are very excited to announce that Scrapbook Art Will be re-opening Saturday, September 6th!  We are so excited to start this new venture together!  We want to be known as the Scrapbook Store that offers you the most Scrapbook layout ideas, a pleasant atmosphere, and great Customer Service.  Your Home away from Home.    We are also excited to share with you that we have a NEW LOCATION.  We are now located off Polaris Parkway at 1190 E. Powell Road, Lewis Center, Ohio  43035.  We are in the same spot where Stampland used to be.  Right next to Wholly Joe’s and Cookie Cutters Haircuts.  We are excited to be in our new location as we will have a bit more room in the store, more ample parking, and several restaurants nearby for your convenience.  Our phone number will change.  We will let you know the number in our next email. Caron Toftner and AmyWiff

GRAND OPENING DATES – Saturday, September 6th, and Sunday, September 7th ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~  Saturdays hours will be 10a – 8p.  Sundays hours will be 12n – 5p.  Regular store hours will be Monday – Saturday, 10a- 8p.  Sundays 12n-5p We are very pleased to announce that Scrapbook Art will proudly debut a NEW Scrapbooking Line by Jill Yeger, Owner of Jillibean Soup.  Jill is not only the designer of the products, but also the Owner of Jillibean Soup.  The Company is located right here in Central Ohio.  You will LOVE her paper and alphabet line just as much as we do!   Her products are not available anywhere else right now.  We will be the first store to offer her product.  You can see a sneak peek here.  Jill will also be providing a make-n-take card using her paper line on Saturday.  Times to be announced.  You will want to make sure you get to the store on the opening weekend to get her papers, as we’re sure they will fly off the shelves!  Kimberly Collins from the Collins Group will be providing a make-n-take for our Grand Opening on Saturday.  Kimberly is our Rep for such Companies as Autumn Leaves, Scrappin’ Sports, Daisy Bucket Designs, (which we ordered the entire line and it is adorable!), and Hero Arts. We will have lots of prize drawings throughout the weekend.  Be sure to sign up for them when you check out!  We will also be serving Sugardaddys Scrumptuous Brownies.        Save the Dates…Upcoming Classes and Events  ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ September * Friday the 12th, 19th, and 26th – Friday Night Crops, 6p – 12midnight * Saturday the 13th – Grand Opening Celebration Crop, 10a – 10p * Wednesday the 17th – Card Class with Caron * Saturday, August 20th – Charity Crop for the Leukemia/Lymphoma Society, 10a – 12midnight (hosted by Caron) * Back to School Pages, Fall Pages, and an adorable 8×8 School mini-album class.  These classes will be taught by Amy.  Dates to follow.  October   * October 3rd, 17th, 24th, and 31st (halloween) – Friday Night Crops, 6p – 12midnight * October 7th – Cricut Class with Reikk, our Bazzill Coordinator. * October 10-12 – Weekend Retreat * Wednesday the 15th – Christmas Cards with Caron * Saturday the 18th – Buckeyes Tailgate Crop, 10a – 10p * Saturday the 25th – Charity Crop for Breast Cancer, 10a – 10p * Buckeyes Pages, Disney Pages, Halloween Classes and more.  Details to follow.
